What personally identifiable information do edez and Letters4you collect about you? Letters4you requires a name, email address and a postal address in order to fulfil letters4you services.

Letters4you also asks for certain demographic information from customers, including postcode. This information is collected and stored by edez.

Letters4you also logs IP addresses, or the location of your computer on the Internet, operating system, screen resolution, colour depth and browser information for systems optimisation, administration and troubleshooting purposes. We do not log IP addresses to track a user's session, nor do we link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.

What do edez and Letters4you do with the information collected? Letters4you. may perform statistical analyses of user behaviour in order to measure relative consumer interest in the various areas of our site (for product development purposes) and to inform advertisers as to how many consumers have seen or "clicked" their advertising banners. In performing these statistical analyses, we will disclose information to third parties only in aggregate form. Letters4you may employ external companies to act on its behalf as Data Processors for internal business purposes. Data processors will abide by the Privacy Policy detailed here and will not disclose personal details to any other organisation or use data other than for purposes required by edez. This use of your personal details is contractual to the use of Letters4you. If you do not wish your personal details to be used in this way, you will be unable to use these areas of Letters4you which require registration.
